Valery Shaykhlislamov’s Ancestry

Valery was a Russian citizen from Volga Tatars, a Turkic ethnic group native to the Volga-Ural region of Russia.

He was born and raised in Yemanzhelinsk (Chelyabinsk Oblast region), Soviet Union. His mother’s name was Galina, the grandmother of Irina Shayk.

Born as Irina Valeryevna Shaykhlislamova on 6 January 1986, Irina had an interest in music during her childhood.

She followed her sister and attended beauty school. At the age of 18, she took part in the “Miss Chelyabinsk 2004” beauty contest and won.

Irina started modeling for Intimissimi in 2007 and also appeared in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Shaykhlislamov’s daughter Irina is also popular for her long-term relationship with famous footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.

The former couple met while doing an advertisement for Armani Exchange in 2010.

They soon started dating and were engaged on Valentines’ Day in 2011.

The Russian model and the former Real Madrid forward were often together and Irina supported from the stand in almost every game.
